God has each of us in this place, at this time for a purpose. We have an opportunity right here in our neighborhood, city, and state to take the Good News to those who do not know Christ. Such opportunities are often enabled by meeting a physical need. In fact, Christ mandates that the church care for the widows, orphans, and the poor. “‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’” (Matthew 25:40)
Who can serve and share Christ’s love here in Little Rock? We’re all called to do so! At Parkway Place, we encourage individuals to seek opportunities, and we also have established Prime Time and community groups ready to meet needs in the community. As you meet to build deeper relationships and grow together, it is a natural outflow to also serve. When we spend time independently or corporately to study the Word, we do so in order to become more like Christ and to be equipped to teach it to the next person!

Crown Ministry
Organization Purpose
To extend God's love and care to homebound and semi-homebound individuals of the PPBC family.
Role Description
Team leader who recruits friends and develops/coordinates special events. A "Friend" who does just that: becomes a friend to a homebound person, sends cards, makes visits and calls, takes shopping or to lunch, etc. A handyman who can complete home repairs for seniors.

Metro BCM
Organization Purpose
To reach students from other countries who do not know Christ.
Role Description
This is a local ministry opportunity with a global impact! Enjoy an awesome meal, then sit down for a conversation in a small group setting to allow international students to practice speaking English and learn some idioms. Starting Jan. 30 at 6 pm at the Metro building on the campus of UALR (next to parking deck). Runs for 6 weeks.
