What is BodyLife Prime Time?
Each Sunday morning from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. is our prime time for reaching, connecting, and growing with other adults It’s the time that Sunday morning adult Bible study groups meet – the best place to make friends, hear biblical truth for positive life change and be equipped to share and teach that truth to the next person.
Our groups are loosely based on age and/or season of life, but you are free to choose. You’ll find our groups to be centered around life application of Scripture, with an emphasis on open discussion and questions around God’s Truth. This time of learning is about equipping ourselves with God’s story. We desire for each person who attends to not let what they’ve learned stop with them, but to use it to share, show, and teach the Good News to someone who needs to know God’s grace. You’ll find that many of our groups host regular fellowships outside of class to cultivate connections and friendships. Guests are always welcome!
Our BodyLife Sunday Morning Prime Time groups:
The Pursuit – For 18 year olds on up, college & career singles.
Whether you’re home for just the weekend from college or making a living in the area. If you’re ready to make some great friends as you grow closer to God — this is your place!
The Journey Group – For 20s to early 30s, married or engaged.
This class is for couples starting out on their journey of life together. Learn to build your marriage on a biblical foundation with other couples — a foundation with friendships designed to last a lifetime!
The Connections Group – For early 30s to early 40s – members usually have school-aged children.
Dealing with the unique opportunities of school-aged kids or need how to “balance life” – find friendship and biblical truth while hanging out together in this group.
The Encouragers Group – For early 40s through 50s, married or single; members usually have student-aged or grown children.
This half-way point can often be a place of great accomplishment, or at times, discouragement — kids half-way through school, house half-way paid for…This group is a great opportunity for open discussion and fellowship to encourage members to continue to grow in their faith and to take their next step in life.
Word Builders Group – For early 30s through 50s, married or single.
This group is a combination of a verse-by-verse, expository-style Bible study tied together with open and dynamic discussion-oriented questions of faith. For those who like to dig deep into a book of the Bible – this class is for you!
Insight for Life Group – For ladies, mid 30s and up, married or single.
This group focuses on insights to effective living found in God’s Word and how to apply them to the experiences that are unique to women.
The Man Group – For men mid 30s to mid 50s.
This informal, open-discussion group centers on biblical truths and how to apply them to the experienced that are unique to men.
Experienced Adults Groups – For 55+.
This group sets the standard for reaching, connecting and growing together in Christ. This group has a dynamic lesson each Sunday centered on God’s truth and also get together regularly for lunches and outings.
