Parkway Place is Purpose Driven
Being purpose driven is not about being relevant or contemporary. It is about being biblical
and eternal. The 5 purposes of the church as given to us by Jesus Christ in the Great Commandment
and the Great Commission are eternal, and never go out of style. They are not a
fad. Any church that fails to fulfill the purposes Jesus established the church for is not really a
church! While the methods and styles must change with every generation, the purposes of
God never change.
The Great Commission

What You'll Find
Exciting Children's Center
As you enter the new home for children's ministry at Parkway Place you are entering a whimsical world created just for children. What kid wouldn't want to go to a park? The "Park at Parkway Place" offers spaces designed for each age level from birth through 6th grade.
A Place Just For Students
Less than 2 blocks up the road is where our students "hang." Worship and spiritual growth for life's journey is accomplished through Christ-centered music, videos, skits, and relevant Biblical teaching in a relaxed, casual, and fun atmosphere.
LifeChange University
Our Sunday morning adult classes are "university-style" -- you choose the topic -- one that is of interest or has a particular application in your life. "Quarters" are generally 6 or 12 weeks and then choose again!
Two Worship Venues
Again - take your choice. "Celebration" meets in the main worship center. There is a full band and the sermon is "live." "Passion" offers a smaller setting. You'll get the same message video-cast on screen and the musical style is acoustical.

Music
In general, our music style is designed to appeal to the majority of attenders...but we realize God is the one and only audience. Since there is no such thing as Christian music -- only Christian lyrics -- we sing choruses, scripture songs and hymns.
Dress Code
Our dress code is that there is no dress code. Not everyone likes to dress up for church and that’s fine by us. After all, it’s not your wardrobe we’re interested in seeing. It’s YOU!
How Do I Know Where to Go?
Our greeters are some of the most friendly and helpful people in the city, and you won’t get by them. They will answer your questions and escort you and your family to their class.
