ALLAN GREER - SENIOR PASTOR

Officially, I’m the directional leader of the church. My job, however, is wrapped up in my life purpose: “to love people where they are and help them take their next step with Christ.” I’ve been serving at PPBC since 1996. I’m from North Little Rock and married my childhood sweetheart, Nancy, in 1984. We have two grown children, Hunter and Megan.

GREG KELLEY - DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR

My family and I came to Parkway Place in the Spring of 2005 where I would serve as Student Ministry Pastor until the Spring of 2014. I have since transitioned into the role of Discipleship Pastor. My heart’s desire is for us all to live out a journey of real life discipleship. This is accomplished by fusing our faith in Christ into our everyday lives.

LESLIE WILLIS - WORSHIP PASTOR

The goal of the Worship Ministry here at PPBC is to provide an authentic experience of worship with God and an encounter with Him that has life changing results. Often someone will tell me how one of our songs spoke directly to a need in his/her life or how God used it to help them see Him at work in their daily routine. However, worship is much more than just a song. It is living my whole life for God's pleasure. PPBC gives me the opportunity to do that in counseling, teaching and engaging others as we live life to make His glory known here in Little Rock and around the world. I came to PPBC in 1997 and from that very first day, PPBC has been my home. I grew up in Marianna picking peaches and met my first and only sweetheart, Becky. We have four grown children, all married, and 3 perfect-in-every-way grandchildren.

STEPHANIE HABENICHT - CHILDREN'S MINISTRY PASTOR

I work with volunteers and parents to love and lead children to trust God no matter what, treat others the way they want to be treated, and make wise choices. I love being with children -- they remind me what is most important…trusting God with childlike faith, unconditional love, laughter, and eagerness to learn and grow. I joined PPBC in 1996 and began to serve in children’s ministry. I knew I had finally found where God wanted me to be and after 10 years, I got the perfect job! I also found the perfect husband at PPBC. Steve and I have 2 sons.

JOEL STUDDARD - STUDENT MINISTRY PASTOR

God has instilled a deep passion in my heart to disciple Junior High and High School students. I love people and I love getting to know peoples’ hearts. My desire is for Parkway Place Student Ministry to be a place where students belong no matter where they come from, what they believe, or what they have done. I hope I will have the pleasure of meeting you and your student.

BEVERLY BALE - MINISTRY ASSISTANT

I started volunteering at the church in 2003 just answering the phone. Later that year, I became a “real employee ”, and since that time I think I’ve done one of everything, except preach a sermon. I’m still doing some of everything, but mainly in the areas of facilities, events, and assisting our sweet (most of the time) pastors. And as it turned out, we also joined PPBC that same year. Except for a 10-year period when we lived in Clarksville, AR, I have always been a NLR/LR girl. My husband, Gene, and I have two married sons with wonderful wives and two precious grandchildren. And I can’t leave out Rocky, our Maltese.

BEVERLY PARKER - MINISTRY ASSISTANT

I retired from the “real world” in 2004. I asked God to use me and the next thing I knew, my retirement was over and I was working at PPBC. My primary areas of responsibility are printed material like the bulletin, database administration, and ministry coordination.  Plus the ole “other duties as assigned.” I really enjoy fixing old things and building new things. My husband, Steve, and I are both from DeWitt, AR and we have 3 married children and too many grand dogs! (I’m a cat lover.) We are long-time PPBC members, going back to the mid 80s.

STEVE PARKER - SR. ADULT PASTOR

Because of the slight difference in titles, lots of times people think I’m the Senior Pastor. I just let them. But really, my job is to shepherd our senior adults. We call them Experienced Adults, and they are the greatest group around. I’m married to Beverly, who also started working at PPBC in 2004. We have 3 kids that are off the payroll, i.e., grown and married, and 2 outdoor cats I pretend to love. I am from a small farming community east of DeWitt called Possum Waller (not to be confused with Possum Holler).
